I know all about have an overwhelming passion for performing. When I was a little girl, I was a dancing diva, and a very dramatic one at that. I started taking ballet and tap lessons when I was three years old, and that paved the way for my career as a professional performer. I spent all day in school daydreaming about my dance classes and couldn’t wait for the bell to ring so I could get out of there. Performing was in my blood. I was the star of every musical in elementary school and competed in pageants not because my mom wanted me to, but because I was passionate about performing in front of other people. Sometimes it was just for my parents or neighbors or anyone who would watch me, but I was a natural entertainer with a big heart and a lot of energy to show off.
This adorable little girl reminds me a lot of myself at that age. She found a way to perform in the mirror even if it meant getting up on top of the bathroom counter and straddling the sink to see herself. Her perfect Goldilocks hair bounces as she sways back and forth with her air microphone in hand. This is one positive energy little girl! Her original song is all about how much she loves every aspect of her life, improvising on what she sees in the mirror, and just about anything else she can think of that matters to her. I can’t think of a better topic to sing about than how much you like everyone and everything in your life! This little girl’s parents raised her right, that’s for sure. She kicks off her performance stating how much she loves her house and that she can do anything well that she wants to in life. I need to book a motivational coaching session with this tiny buddha babe. Even as we hear her baby sister scream in the background, she exudes how much she likes her sister and her mom.
Broadway is definitely calling this little talent to the stage. Her strong lunges side to side over the sink paired with her defined arm motions and her intensity in her delivery make this one a future shining star. I can see her headlining a musical in front of a crowd of thousands on a theater stage in New York City. I hope mom has her enrolled in dance and singing classes because this is not a talent that can be wasted. This little girl’s singing and movement abilities are gifts that can’t be taught. You either have it or you don’t, and there’s no question that this energetic diva has got it all. I would go as far to say that we may have the next Shirley Temple on our hands right here before our very eyes. Charisma, energy and confidence define this little beauty, and she’s ready to share it all with the world. Mom must be so proud of this darling performer!
