Kooky Woman Creates Miniature Latte For Coffee Obsessed Pet Parrot

May 15, 2018

Do you start your day with a cup of coffee? So does this parrot. Yes, you’ve heard that correctly, a parrot!

Coffee culture is a pretty big thing in our country. A lot of people start their day with this delicious hot drink, but who would have ever thought that some of our pets like to drink it too?! This parrot is standing on a kitchen counter, patiently waiting for his lady owner to pour him some coffee into a mug and then takes a sip. LOL! But it seems that he prefers his coffee with some milk in it, so the lady adds a little bit of milk in his mug and then he drinks it again. OMG! Can you believe that?! Well, if I haven’t seen it, I wouldn’t believe it either!

Although it’s not a very good idea to give pets big doses of coffee, a sip here and there won’t harm them. Coffee has many benefits for humans. Coffee may help protect against many diseases, including the most serious ones. Also, coffee is the number one source of antioxidants in the United States. Researchers say Americans get more of their antioxidants from coffee than any other dietary source.

However, too much coffee can cause problems. Drinking too much coffee can result in some very unpleasant negative effects. So, to gain the best from this delicious beverage, it’s important not to drink too much of it. Scientists say humans should limit themselves to two cups per day, however, I am not sure this applies to parrots! LOL!

Well, with or without coffee, it’s obvious this parrot and his lady owner really enjoy their morning! And if they drink decaf coffee, they can drink as much as they want! I must say, although it’s weird seeing a parrot drinking coffee, I get him! Who could resist a cup of coffee in the morning?!
